Dr. Grant Bamburg – Pastor
Grant has served as Victory’s pastor since September 2014. He married his wife Lyndsey in 2009 and they have two beautiful children: Brady (12) and Leightyn (10). When Grant was 8 years old at a revival at Good Hope Baptist Church, he repented of his sins and placed his faith in Jesus Christ as Savior. At the age of 16 God called him to ministry and at 18 he surrendered to preach. Grant graduated from ULM in 2011 with a B.S. in Sociology and received his Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2015 and his Doctorate of Ministry from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in 2023.
Grant enjoys spending time with his wife and watching his children play. He also likes watching sports, playing golf, and working outside.

Shelby Strickland – Children’s Director
Shelby was called to Victory in 2025.
Colby Armstrong – Student Pastor
Colby has served as our Student Pastor since March, 2023. Colby was recently married in June, 2024 to his wife, Christyn. In 2009, Colby gave his life to Christ and became a child of God. Colby was called into the ministry at the age of 20 and felt God calling him to serve the students in the local church. Colby graduated from ULM with his bachelors degree in secondary education and is enrolled at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary to pursue a MDiv. Colby’s passion is for students to know and trust in Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Besides serving as the Student Pastor, Colby is also a teacher and head soccer coach at Ouachita Parish High School.
Colby enjoys running and reading, as well as, spending time with his family and his dog, Cypress.
Drew Wilson – Music Minister
Drew was called to Victory in the Spring of 2026.
